I’m Datin Seri Dr. Elaine Chin, Founder and Chairman of UNICO All Round Beauty. I started my journey at 21, founding 12 skin management centers and 2 aesthetic clinics, making UNICO one of the leading skin management brands in Southern Malaysia. UNICO holds a Franchise License and Trademark certification.
Faith is the foundation of my life and leadership. I practice servant leadership and lead with love, with a mission to make UNICO Malaysia’s most trusted and beloved international brand, and a kingdom enterprise that honors God and blesses people. Walking with Christ, I aim to live with faith, wisdom, and love, using my life to impact the lives of others. Seeing our clients leave with a genuine smile inspires us every day.
